we hope everything runs smoothly in your apartment, but sometimes things happen!

the tenant portal is where you can request help from maintenance on anything from a leaky faucet to changing a lightbulb that's just out of reach.

in case of emergency

sometimes a maintenance issue is an emergency! we've got you covered then, too. If you're experiencing an emergency such as:

- fire
- flooding
- a gas leak
- a broken lock on your front door
- no heat during freezing weather

please make sure to call us right away at 309.888.4600 and our staff will direct your call immediately.

if it happens after hours, call the same number and choose "emergency maintenance" from the recorded menu.

in case of serious emergencies like a fire or break-in, please call 911 first.
