your first payment must be made before you can pick up your keys, so it's important to make sure you know when it is due! the schedule is based on your lease term:
if your lease begins in june, your first payment is due may 1st.
if your lease begins in august, your first payment is due july 1st.
preparing for move in day
for those who can't wait to get started, we offer the option for early move in!
with this option, tenants are able to move in up to a month early by filling out our online form, waiving apartment cleaning, and paying the early move-in fee.
