before doing anything else, make sure you have can log in to the portal! this is necessary for managing your lease, making payments, and submitting maintenance requests.

what is the tenant portal?


consider it your control center. this is where you’ll manage your lease, make payments, and submit maintenance requests.


if this is your first time using the portal, simply click "Create Account" and follow the prompts to continue setup.

learn your payment schedule

your first payment must be made before you can pick up your keys, so it's important to make sure you know when it is due! the schedule is based on your lease term:

if your lease begins in june, your first payment is due may 1st.

if your lease begins in august, your first payment is due july 1st.

select your payment method

choose between one time and recurring payments based on your needs.

recurring payments offer no fees, while one time payments incur fees by payment method. you can read a full guide to making payments here.

 

 

preparing for move in day

decide on early move in

for those who can't wait to get started, we offer the option for early move in!

with this option, tenants are able to move in up to a month early by filling out our online form, waiving apartment cleaning, and paying the early move-in fee.

watch your inbox

starting a few weeks before your move in date, our team will send reminders and information via email regarding key pickup, parking stickers, and more.

add us to your contact list and check your spam folder to avoid missing one! (note: please do not unsubscribe for the duration of your lease to avoid missing necessary information)

pack things up

make sure you have everything you need! (note: if you plan to bring your own furniture, remember that storage for existing furniture is not provided)

once you get your keys, spend a few days making sure everything is as it should be in your apartment. check for any damages or stuff that needs fixing. make a list!


then watch for an email from us to know when you can call to schedule a time for one of our maintenance staff to come walk through with you!
