we know that college is usually the first time students are living on their own, and we strive to make that process as simple and seamless as possible. we've been the #1 choice in student housing in bloomington normal since 1989. we are student housing focused on students. our priority is making sure you always have what you need, when you need it. from live video tours, high-speed internet, fitness rooms and pools to online payment options and e-doc signing, we always strive to make sure we're on top of the changing needs of college students.
SAMI currently owns and manages over 1000 apartments around the illinois state and heartland campuses. we have a full service maintenance company (maintenance contractors inc) that supports our management efforts, and we partner with a network management company (connectivityU) that handles all of our broadband networks.

i've been a part of the SAMI family for 15 years & truly love what i do. when i was at isu, i was working part time & living in our SAMI apartments, eventually becoming full time. i enjoy meeting new tenants and love having/taking care of our long time residents!
