we know college students are busy enough without wasting time driving to the leasing office or worrying about lost checks. with online payments, you can pay from the comfort of your couch, or even on-the-go from your phone. plus, it's secure and transparent -- no more wondering if your check cleared or not. this process means you can keep track of all payments and due dates right from your tenant portal.
how can I pay my rent online?
trust us -- paying your rent online is a piece of cake! you can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments, and even use a checking account, credit card, or cash (yes, you read that right)! by making sure it's in the tenant portal, it makes it easier for everyone to keep track.
how do I avoid fees when paying my rent and utilities?
great question! while we try to make payments as simple as possible, certain payment options can require additional fees for processing, such as:

credit card processing fee: $27.90 each month paid with a credit card
- payments via cash have a $3.75 convenience fee each time
- one-time payments through a bank account have a $5 convenience fee each payment
to avoid these fees altogether, we highly recommend setting up recurring payments with a checking account! the process is simple -- after logging into your tenant portal and selecting "my payments" from the left hand menu, click on the "schedule recurring payments" option.
how do I cancel my automatic payments at the end of my lease?
